- Upload the documents for it to draw on.

What it is good for
An assistant for one job (writing quotes, onboarding, support), an internal helper, or a website chatbot for frequent questions.
When it is not enough
A large volume of data, integration into your systems, strict privacy - at that point it is worth a custom-built solution.
What to watch out for
Mind what you upload into the assistant (privacy) and check the output - even your own assistant can hallucinate.
