Recipe: web enquiry → email, spreadsheet and alert

A finished, concrete automation: an enquiry comes in from your site, you know instantly, it is logged in a spreadsheet and nothing slips through. This exact one runs on this very site.

What it does

When someone submits the form on your site, a chain fires:

  1. The enquiry is written into a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) - everything in one place.
  2. You get an instant alert on Telegram or by email.
  3. The customer gets an automatic "thanks, I will be in touch"so they know it arrived.

Why you want it

No lost enquiries, a fast response (and speed means more jobs), and a record that fills itself. You do not have to watch your inbox - and you still reply before the competition.

How it is put together

A trigger is webhook from the form. After it come the nodes: write to Sheets → message on Telegram → confirmation email to the customer. Every node is a ready-made box, you just wire it up.

How to take it further

Add an AI node that immediately summarises the enquiry and drafts a reply - that is what the "AI inside automation" lesson is about. A few minutes a day becomes a few seconds.

The most expensive enquiry is the one you never hear about. This automation makes sure that does not happen.
