Recipe: automatic reports and reminders

A morning summary of everything you need to know, waiting on your phone. No assembling reports from five places by hand - it arrives finished.

What it does

Every morning (say at 7:30) the automation fires, pulls data from various places - sales, calendar, tasks, weather - the AI turns it into a short, readable summary and sends it to you on Telegram or by email.

What it is good for

  • A morning "what is on today" briefing.
  • A weekly revenue report without opening five spreadsheets.
  • A reminder about invoices before they fall due.
  • Keeping an eye on deadlines and important tasks.

How it is put together

A trigger is time (a scheduled run). Then the nodes pull the data, the AI turns it into plain language and the last node sends it. Assemble it once, it runs forever.

A small real-world example

This is exactly what my Jarvis - it sends me a morning briefing with my calendar, the weather and my tasks. I do not have to look anywhere, it just arrives.

A report you assemble by hand is one you eventually stop making. A report that arrives on its own is one you read every day.
