How to start
Keep taking notes as you always have. Then let AI summarise them, connect them and search them. It is the same principle as RAG (AI answering from your data), just for you personally. More in the advanced topics.
What to watch out for
For sensitive notes, consider a local or encrypted setup - so your second brain does not sit on someone else's server.
Notes you never go back to are worthless. With AI you do not have to go back to them - you just ask.
